It is certainly refreshing to have pleasant staff help you with your defective Herman Miller chair. The staff could not be more pleasant and accommodating. These days customer service is rare, they get 5 stars.
I worked with Jeff Sanders to place two orders for both office furniture and lounge furniture. Jeff was extremely pleasant to work with both over the phone and via email. His communication response time was unmatched. Although small orders, he paid no less attention to them, keeping me promptly updated on build and ship status.
I opted to have the products shipped directly to the Accent warehouse, and despite being after hours, Jeff jumped to offer assistance loading the boxes way beyond my expectations. He is an asset to the Accent furniture team.
