Budget Car Rental

Check in was easy and rental car was clean enough. Main concern was that at no point did anyone do a walk around with me to document dings and scratches already on the car. Nor was I given a form to fill out to state those items. Ended up taking pictures and sending them to myself via email to time stamp and protect myself. Car return was straightforward, though again, no one did a walk around with me.

The car itself was ok. Was a Ford and could tell the interior was a little old. Given the cost had expected the car to be newer.

May go with Budget again in the future but the experience was not good enough to preclude shopping other rental agencies as well.

Despite my flight being delayed 10 hours and arriving past the posted closing time, an agent was there to ensure that I received my reserved car. The after-hours drop-off process was exceptionally easy. The rental car was nicer than I had expected. Overall, I was very satisfied. Having an agent stay after hours was so greatly appreciated!!
