  I do not post reviews unless I have an experience that stand out to me (negative or positive). That being said.... I needed to turn in plates ASAP and did not have the time to wait at DMV, not to mention take time off from work to get a number and then get in line and wait.
  I filled out the "Contact Us" form on the web site to inquire if they offered this service. I received a response within 15 minutes (probably less) via email and Anthony explained that they charge a fee, but also told me that I could go to NYS DMV office and save the $15 fee. I went there at 4:30PM. I turned in my plates, paid the fee, and was out of there by 4:40pm with a receipt. The nominal fee is nothing compared to the outstanding customer service, courteous staff who attended to me, and not having to deal with the wait time and rude NYS Employees. BTW, I am a NYS employee. Well done Anthony and to all of your staff!
  Also, I would ignore reviews from people who don't bother to read, research, perform due diligence, and expect everything for nothing!
  I appreciate my experience and definitely recommend asking them via the web site rather than calling and leaving a message.

  This is an excellent service. Had a complex situation, didn't know how to proceed - didn't want to visit DMV multiple times to find out etc. The person who helped me (Javier) really took the time to get the details, & verify anything that wasn't immediately clear. They're honest, and know how hard it is, and are really trying to help. I couldn't have gotten it done without them. Writing this in appreciation of a much-needed service that actually delivers.
