Usherwood Office Technology

From the start customer service has been a priority. Usherwood is attentive and helps solve problems efficiently. We recently moved and needed assistance with connecting our new device to our laptops for scanning, printing and fax purposes. An appointment was quickly scheduled with Eric Murphy who called John Osborn and had everything set up within the hour. It was better than I could have asked for - the support was comprehensive, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our situation. Our sales rep Bryan McLellan has also been a great contact for us and made our customer experience a very positive one. I definitely recommend Usherwood for quality and affordable services.

Usherwood Office Technology's Service Tech Eric Murphy was dispatched to Childhood Friends for our printer issues. He figured out the problem within minutes. He informed us that he had to order parts and he was not sure when they would be in, but reassured us that he would do his best. It was a Friday afternoon and we all know who the weekend holds up a lot of deliveries. We really need our printer daily, especially at this time. So we put an "out of order" on it and hoped for the best. First thing Monday morning, there was Eric with all the parts! He worked diligently and had everything up and running! We truly appreciate people and service like Eric and Usherwood.

Usherwood personnel have always been there for us. They have worked with us for several years now and if we had a project that needed a rush, regardless how big or silly it was, they would get it back to us in a timely manner. If mistakes have been made that are willing to correct them without complaint.
