I checked-in, placed my belongings in a locker, checked-in again, underwent a search of my person, and was seated promptly. The room has white noise machines that drowns out most other noises. The facility was clean, and the people were friendly. I passed my test, and received the results in my email about 10 minutes later. This process could not have been smoother.

This place is clean, orderly and staff are friendly. There are lockers there for your belongings with a pad lock in addition a fridge is in a waiting room if you have a lunch or drink with you. The furniture is new, the computers relatively new and well maintained and test stations are clean and up to date.

There is also a white noise machine to minimize noise from those who are taking tests near you and are also given headset to cancel out any typing noise. You will not hear any noise from outside. On the day I took my test I heard no outside noise. The only noise I heard was other test takers typing when I took the headset off and that is normal for a test center.

I have no clue why there are so many negative reviews from this place. This place is NOT bad at all. This is a standard test center you would see anywhere similarly in the country or around the world. You will have no problems taking your test at this location.
