Great little shop... Had a ball plugged and redrilled to perfection... I'll be back..

They only place I go to get my bowling balls drilled. I have been young to him forever and my balls always fit like a glove.

This is a great pro-shop in the Albany area. They have a good selection of balls priced just slightly higher than online, which you'd expect. The pro understands everything about the drill, not just putting 3 holes in that are roughly the right size.

He took one look at my first ball and pattern and immediately knew that the finger pitch was wrong, the thumb hole was way too big and the span wasn't right. Also, the finger bridge gap was too large. He was able to fix everything except the finger bridge, and installed a Turbo Switch Grip system. He also drilled me a new ball and the grip is EXACTLY the same in the two (except he corrected the bridge gap in the new ball).

I need some work but when I am ready for a serious ball, I'm going back here. He knows everything about determining your PAP, putting the right pattern on the right ball to get what you want, and he has a lane in his shop where I expect to try a few lessons.

I wouldn't mess around at other shops that will either price gauge you or drill your pattern incorrectly.
