Had my DOT physical done here. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out within 2 hours.

Update: it’s been 2 years and I came back. Still 5 stars. They did move their office though.

I was desperate to find any place that helps with the medical exam for the immigration in my State and found nothing in MA or prices that were just beyond normal. I googled places further away and found Surya and gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the reception lady, who knew exactly what I needed and was considerate enough to understand me and my son were coming from Massachusetts (2 hour drive) one way and gave me a reasonable time frame for the arrival.
I did not regret of such a long travel. The staff were so helpful and calming even. The price is fair for this type of service. The doctor was amazing and made sure he wrote I was in the middle of covid vacination and could not have any additional shots two weeks after covid vaccination was done.
They literally saved me, because I had very short notice on the interview and it was I believe sent me from above.
I highly recommend this place. They are the best and treated us extremely nicely and were very professional.

Highly professional staff with a calm, attentive and friendly physician for a leader. The environment is super-clean and we'll organized with large spaces to maneuver. Very time conscious and expedient during visits. My family did an medical exam for immigration purposes but our timing was earlier than required by USCIS, who required that we retake the exam at a later date. When we returned, Dr Kamath swiftly conducted and updated our medical report without charging an extra dime. How kind and understanding, we'll always return to this place for medical care, anytime! I highly recommend Surya Medical care for immigration medical exam. Drove 2 hours to visit and it was worth it. Dr. Kamath and his staff are professional and courteous, and they do a great job with the medical exam. We were done with the exams in a reasonable amount of time and the clinic was kind enough to complete the report expeditiously.
