From the seamless move-in process to timely responses to any inquiries, Michelle's dedication to resident satisfaction is commendable.
Maintenance and cleanliness are priorities here. The well-kept premises, including beautiful landscaping and secure surroundings, reflect a commitment to excellence. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.
In short, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service and support I have received at Towne Towers. Michelle and the entire maintenance team (I am sad Rich just left!) have exceeded my expectations, creating a truly remarkable living environment. I highly recommend Towne Towers to anyone seeking a place where outstanding service, well-maintained facilities, and a welcoming community come together.

(January 19, 2022, 11:52 am)I have been living here for a year now and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Michelle in the rental office has been extremely helpful to me since the moment I applied to live here. She helped me through every step of the application and move in process. Rich in maintenance is also wonderful. He is efficient and responds to any maintenance requests quickly. They are all a great team and willing to help in any way that they can. I have had absolutely no issues living here and I would definitely recommend Towne Towers to others.
(September 19, 2018, 1:08 pm)Just moved in a few weeks ago, very impressed on maintenance response times, and friendliness of building staff, walking distance to Colonie Center & Northway Commons is very convenient, elevator doors close a bit slow, and the intercom for the building entrance, although it works fine, could use some updating, but overall love it so far, and don’t see my opinion changing anytime soon.
