The staff here is exceptional in particular Chantelle? I believe her name was. She helped us out immensely during a difficult time in my fiances life. We appreciate the staff, the stock, and the extra care foe customers.

Ron spared no time in getting me fitted for a suit I needed for the next day. he was great. knew exactly what and where to measure, and helped me find the perfect pants and jacket, with a great shirt and tie that matched and looked great! store manager Chantel also helped me find a belt, and shoes. excellent staff, wish I saved my receipt to leave a proper survey!

Love the customer service I recieve from the moment I enter the store. From assisting me to find my items, to allowing me to try them on, to care enough to follow up with me to see if clothes fit and if there is anything else I need. Other clothing apparel stores could learn from them. DXL Albany is my store and I trust them to help me as a satisfied customer.
