Complexions Spa for Beauty & Wellness

Had issues with both massages. Probably the nicest spa on the area along with spa mirabeu... but still leaves something to be desired especially considering the high prices! Very loud disruptive steam release sounds during latest massage. They said nothing they could do about it. Some massues were friendly some were awkward. Small open relaxing area, so there is activity back and forth. The recovery massage wasn't at all what I expected. The soak tub experience was nice.

Nervous people, this is a good place to unwind! The thought of a stranger touching me is always something that made me nervous. My going here was part of a gift, so I went. Disclaimer: I am not paid for this review and I have never had a professional massage prior to this point. This experience was my very first as it was gifted to me.
Here are my impressions: The spa is very clean, comfortably lit and smells fresh. The decor is soothing with comfortable sitting areas and the refreshment stations are well-stocked. The staff are very kind and attentive--whether or not you are their direct client. I am the sort who always asks for directions/clarifications. This being my first experience, I asked a lot of questions. They were extremely kind and patient with me. I truly appreciated that.
My massage was done by a masseuse named Maggie (who is phenomenal, btw). Mine was special as it was for pregnancy. The accommodations were great and the massage was excellent! I made sure Maggie was aware that I was unsettled by physical touch. She--in turn--made sure I was comfortable each step of the way, describing what was going to happen and allowing me to confirm my comfort levels. Plus she was personable the entire time. By the end, I was doubly relaxed from both a much needed massage and the easy repertoire we built during that time. From what I have heard from my friend who has gone here several times, the masseuses here are all like that.
I left Complexions Spa feeling more relaxed than I had in a long time. I would definitely go back and hope to in the near future. Thank you to all the staff there for making my first spa experience wonderful!

Complexions is a wonderful spa. Welcoming and relaxing. I never seem to take full advantage of the serenity lounge but next time I will book an early appt so I can enjoy the sauna as well. Nicole is terrific, she really listens to you to determine the best course for your massage. My only criticism is the lack of pictures/bio on the website. It would be nice, especially for first timers, to know a little bit about who they are booking with.

I booked a massage, well I thought I did. 😌 I drove out there to find out I never confirmed it. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and asked the masseuse if they could still take me. The masseuse agreed and I was able to have my massage. It worked out for me. And I totally appreciated it.
