Excellent location! I went at 4:30 on a Tuesday, and was seen and out the door before 6:00- which is impressive considering how busy they were. They also called me with my results as soon as they had them! Would definitely go back for other urgent care needs!

We were in Albany for the weekend and our 2 year old awoke in the night crying and complaining of ear pain. I was able to walk-in Sunday morning and be seen after filling out 2 very simple forms, providing our insurance info, and answering a couple of questions. The care was professional and comprehensive from intake to examination. We received a prescription for treatment conveniently for the CVS across the parking lot. I was so grateful to the entire staff experience her from start to finish. We felt very taken care of, and even though we were not at a pediatrician they did a wonderful job of caring for such a little person during the appointment. Our ped back home asked that we follow-up and have them send the appointment information for his chart. The person who I spoke with was equally as helpful as the staff there the day we visited.
