I went to zales to use my warrenty to replace my 10k gold chain. There was some difficulty finding the right replacement as they do not make the same exact chain that I had (4-5 years old). Madisyn was very helpful and selfless even though I was being a stubborn customer trying to find the perfect chain. From ordering more chains to taking a lot of time showing me other options to doing everything in her power to help; her assistance was greatly appreciated.
