“There is this old guy there who only works at night. He randomly is rude to customers telling them he has to go to the bathroom and hurry. Doesn't like giving you a bag when you have several items. Once I waited 5 mins while he was praying in the back of the store another time I got there in the pouring rain and he asked me what I wanted he was doing the trash, so I went across the street. There is a lot more that goes on with this man. I understand he is most likely family or a family friend, but he needs to go. edit: 2 months ago I gave a one star from the above review. Since then all new people, very friendly and great. Prices are even lower. So I change it to 5 star.”

“Came in today with an intermittent problem, a grinding sound when braking while reversing. They were able to narrow the issue down to it only occurring when the wheel was fully turned and discovered it was a bunch of the plastic shielding under the car rubbing against the wheel. They were able to screw a bunch of it down and only charged me $33 for the repair. It's not often you go into a shop expecting to pay hundreds and walk away only paying $33. I'll be bringing my cars to La Barge's in the future”

“I read elsewhere about excellent customer service interstate provides and was not let down when the time came that I needed them. My battery died, I had no receipt, battery was just over two years old. They were able to look up the battery by codes on the battery and seeing how it was out of the full replacement window they offered me a replacement pro rated. ($70 for a $160 battery) However they told me not to buy a replacement and that they would fix my current one for free. ALSO, if i did buy a replacement they told me they would honor the same pro rated price and allow me to buy it months later being how I did not need the new battery until summertime.”

“Nice and friendly professional team to do business with. Clean environment. My original plan going into the project was to have my truck lifted, balloon tires, front and rear bumper. This could have been accomplished if I wanted to break the bank and have the wheels and tires changed, however, I did not budget for that. The team did work with me and provided a few tips and adjustments to get the look I visualized without breaking the bank. I am happy to say with just a couple of more tweaks, the set goal will be accomplished. Being a female and the first time experience with this type of project, my advice to anyone who has a vision for what they want, however, is not familiar with terminology and the different decisions that will need to be made is to do you research to be better prepared.”

I called Everett Auto Repair and Amber and Josh did their best to fit me in to have my car looked at the next day. It was incredibly kind of Josh to take a look. They kept me updated on what the issue was and let me know that they would do their best to get a new tire on the same day. Great honest service!
