Hanover Fire EMS Station 7 - Mechanicsville

This week I brought my Ventrac to be serviced by MTE Equipment in Cohoes. Everyone was extremely nice and customer service oriented. My machine was repaired in one day and returned to me looking like new. The mechanic explained to me what was done and gave me good advice to avoid some future problems. Reshane who helped me on the phone and kept me informed throughout was super helpful. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them strongly.

I visited with a friend of mine son, they were friendly let him sit in the fire truck, answered all our questions, great group of people, great place to take your kids to visit.

My wife, myself, my two grandkids brought cupcakes and homemade candy cane reindeer for our station number 7 Heroes! Another 10 and Ashley came out and greeted us talk to us for a little bit. The fireman we spoke to allowed us to sit in one of the older model engines. Needless to say my two grandkids were enamored by the hospitality and the lights bells and whistles no pun intended :-) :-). Thank you station number 7 for keeping us safe! I needed to have my blood pressure taken. Sara Bond did a great job taking the readings and making sure that the my wife and I were calm and better informed about high blood pressure. We are lucky to have her in our area.
