Amazing food and good service. Don't come here expecting American style service. The food comes to your table when it's hot, fresh and delicious. If your chow fun comes out before your DimSum apps, that's part of the experience. "Al Pacino" was our waiter, and he was sassy but funny.
We found this spot on Google and so happened friends recommended their beef chow fun, so we came to check it out. The beef chow fun is good, has strong “wok-hay”! But the dim sums were mid. The shrimp dumpling (har-gow) was not good… the skin was mushy. The chicken feet was bad… way too much pepper and not what we expected. Their HK milk tea was solid! So go for the HK Milktea and Ice Lemon Tea for sure. The service was good without being over bearing; which is awesome. If you’re around Albany, for sure give it a try!
Good food and the service is very nice. I had Peking duck served with buns, Sichuan chicken and hot/sour soup. The bakery has variety of bread and dessert. I liked the egg tart and cheese cake. 👍
What a find! I passed by HKB&B for years when going to Trader Joe’s and wish I had stopped sooner.
Every dish on the menu looks so interesting that it’s hard to pick.
Today we had salt pepper squid, roast duck, sautéed Chinese broccoli, sticky rice steamed in lotus leaves and beef in tofu skins. Every single dish was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
The music was pleasant, the setting clean and intimate, friendly staff and professional service.
I just wish I could have tried more than one dessert (mango pudding with fresh mango).
Can’t wait to come back.
