Cypress Pools

We shopped around and received several quotes from pool contractors but decided to go with Cypress. They had the best package and quality equipment as part of their offer. Jeff Moeckel worked very closely with us as we reviewed the final design, pool package and installation start date. No pressure from Jeff or trying to upsell, rather a partnership and wanting to be sure we were happy with the end product.
Pool installation started on time and completed within the timeframe stated. Cypress excavation and pool install team were top notch. They patiently explained the process and made recommendations on additional drainage, which was needed and were very careful while on property. The pool store staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
We are very happy with the end product and look forward to many years of use with family and friends.

INCREDIBLE! I started my journey late in 2022 and spoke with several local pool builders (all names you would recognize) in my search for the perfect fiberglass pool. Jeff Moeckel (the NEW owner) came out and spent time with me explaining the process, options, timeline,. etc.

Jeff has been in the pool business for decades and was very well versed in the various aspects of inground pools. After reviewing all the options, I decided he was the best fit for me.

I don't buy products based on the cheapest company (you most certainly what you pay for) but rather who I believe will provide the best overall experience...from communication to performance to warranty and follow-up AFTER my check has been cashed. Without question, I made the correct choice when I decided to work with Jeff & Cypress Pools.

As you can see from the attached pic, the pool is absolutely beautiful. We had a tight site and this required a lot of thought and flexibility in the actual staging and construction. It was not without challenges but in every instance, Jeff and his crew did what needed to be done and made every effort to be sure I was happy.

Do your research, if you must, but know that you will be very happy if you allow Jeff and Cypress Pools to build your backyard oasis - I know I am!!!

Cypress did an amazing job replacing our pool liner. They built our pool 17 years ago and we have not had a problem with it the entire time. After all of those years when the old liner (that exceeded its life span by a LOT!) the supports for the pool were in great condition and all the pool needed was a bit of a clean up and the new liner. It is a testament to how awesome they were in building the pool 17 years ago. The crew was incredibly professional, honest, fast, and friendly. The worst part was actually fun....trying to pick the new liner! A ton of great choices and we could not be happier with the one we chose. So many great choices!!! We are so glad that we went with Cypress and could not recommend them enough.

Cypress Pools made the pool building process easy! We worked directly with the owner from day 1. He was knowledgeable, honest, and responsive from start to finish. One of the things that we liked most about Cypress in comparison to other pool builders in the area was that they provided an all encompassing proposal that was detailed and up front (no potential hidden additions to worry about later on when install started). The expected lead-time to order the pool and begin install was spot on. The install crew was experienced, professional, and very friendly! You can tell they've worked together for a long time and have it down pat. From the start of digging to the first swim was 4 days (we installed fiberglass)! I would highly recommend Cypress!
