Dufresne & Cavanaugh did an exceptional job pulling together all the necessary elements in an extremely short timeframe so that our Father-in-Law would have the services that he was so deserving of.

Because of a number of circumstance beyond anyone's control, Vincent Perniciaro, our Funeral Director, had 1 business day to coordinate and deliver a service that was fitting for my Father-in-Law and truly representative of the person that he was and his career service to the Armed Forces.

Vincent was able to secure the participation of a number of groups so that my Father-in-Law's career service in the Armed Forces would be appropriately honored at the Church Service and and at the Cemetery. Vincent was always available to answer any questions and he made sure that my Mother-in-Law had her wishes for her husband's ceremony honored.

Thank you Dufresne & Cavanaugh and Mr. Perniciaro for making such a difficult time in all our lives easier and for always being there to make sure that everything was handle and met our expectations. We are forever grateful!

My wife was put into hospice a year ago. I asked whom she would like to go with as far as a funeral home. Years before, we said good bye to a friend. Our friends arrangements were carried out by Dufresne & Cavanaugh. My wife was impressed by there compassion and thoughtfulness for our friend. So she answered this was the place for her. I called Dufresne and Cavanaugh to make the arrangements for my wife. From the beginning our caretaker, Vincent, was both professional and compassionate. From picking the type of service, the urn, and all that goes with funerals. When my Wife did pass Vincent came over to take care of my wife. He showed the same compassion as when I first met with him. After my wife was out of the house, I went into her room and there lying on her pillow was a rose with a sympathy card. This, I did not expect. It truly touched my heart. In a time of greiving they added just the right touch. When I went to collect my wife the caring never ceased. I will forever be grateful for their care and compassion for my wife. Those who are looking for a place to have there loved ones cared for when the time comes, I would highly recommend, Dufresne & Cavanaugh. They will care for your loved one as if they were their own.

Vincent and Kevin and staff were professional, courteous and thorough throughout the week leading to and concluding with our father’s funeral. Leaving all arrangements in their hands made a difficult week easier for us. I would highly recommend Dufresne & Cavanaugh to anyone in need of funeral services.
