I scheduled a consultation with Ashley, mid November 2022 and upon meeting her, immediately felt comfortable. Ashley took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She was very open and honest about recovery time, and more importantly advising me what procedures to hold off on. She has an amazing eye and made herself readily available with follow up texts/ appointments if I had any concerns following injections. I will absolutely be returning to her and recommend her, especially if this is your first time and you're on the fence as I was.

Ashley is not only incredibly talented but super sweet. I was nervous for my micro blading, she talked through everything she was doing and made the entire experience lovely. I have been seeing Becca for lash extensions for over a year now. I was happy to follow her to Urbane where she has continued to grow as an artist. Becca is talented, consistent and I’m always happy with my lashes. I appreciate that she’s always focusing on education and improving her skills. She’s also the kindest person ever. I highly recommend this business. Ashley is amazing. The staff is friendly and personable, the studio itself is elegant and well kept, but most importantly I couldn’t be happier with my results. Ashley was so patient with me and the many revisions i requested to get the drafted shape down to exactly what I was looking for. She was quick and still managed to perfect my brows. I was so nervous going in and expected to have to wait a few weeks before i loved the results, but nope. I love them so much. I’ve received so many compliments already without me mentioning I got them done. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Ashley - Worth every penny!

Ashley is a warm and knowledgeable RN. She knows her product lines inside and out and can ease any questions or concerns. She takes the time to listen to your goals and problem areas and suggests solutions, keeping you informed every step of the way, so nothing is a surprise.
Jess is also a top notch professional. She keeps you at ease with her down to earth personality and caring approach.
All the staff here are friendly and the spa is spotless…and the best part about this place (other than the phenomenal results) is the after hours phone line- if you have questions or anxieties about healing or anything, they are available to help.
