I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Exit 5 Auto. Walking on the lot, I was allowed to walk around and look at the inventory without being bothered by pushy salespeople. When I was ready to look at a specific vehicle, I was given the keys to look at it on my own without being forced to give all my info up or be followed by anyone. I'm sure if you wanted them to come out and answer questions they would gladly do so but I appreciate the laid-back approach. I left and came back the next time with my wife. We were given the keys to take the vehicle for a test drive without the salesperson which we again appreciated. We narrowed our search down to one vehicle at this lot, and while we continued searching around for other vehicles we received communications regarding price drops on their vehicle and walk around videos which was a nice touch. Exit 5 Auto even offered me advice on selling my car privately. We ultimately bought a new car elsewhere but truly appreciated the approach from this dealership. When I informed Exit 5 that I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere, they were very polite and offered some advice on our new vehicle. Thank you for a positive experience.

Exit5Auto is the best place to find a great used car at a reasonable price!!! I couldn't be happier with my new to me Equinox!!! The staff are very friendly and there is no pressure!!! I'm sure all the salespeople are equally awesome but Matt helped me and I couldn't have had a better experience!!!

I purchased a car back in December 2021 from Exit 5 Auto. We initially had some issues with the car, and I got amazing help from the manager there, Patrick. They took care of all the issues and gave me a rental car for free so that I wouldn't be without a car for a week. Steve, the manager of service, is very kind and calls with updates during the day so you know the status of your car. Though we had a little hairy beginning, the ending was reflective of a great business and caring employees. It feels like they actually care even after the sale, which is a lot different than most dealers who just want your money. I would recommend Exit 5 Auto.

Nick was great to work with. He was super accommodating and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with and he was honest and transparent from the get go.

**** update: I did not buy a warranty from the dealership, but there were concerns raised a few weeks after I purchased the vehicle. My dad brought it to the dealership for me and the guys in the shop assessed it and were able to repair what was needed at no cost to me at all. They were extremely friendly, honest, up front and reliable. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I know now. I can say assuredly that this dealership will not drain you for all you’ve got and leave you with something bad. 5/5 stars.

Drove three hours to buy a car from Exit 5 Auto and it was worth every minute of the trip!! Nick was the main employee I interacted with and he was very helpful and incredibly thorough. The communication is fantastic as well. I also worked with Matt and Greg as it was a busy weekend. Everyone was wonderful! As a young woman and first time buyer, I was very hesitant to go to a dealership because I didn’t want to get talked into anything I was unsure about. I felt so comfortable here and would absolutely return. I’m SO happy with my new car, which was serviced and detailed perfectly before I picked it up. Thank you!!!
