Involving servicing a failed component, Seth agreed with the options of avoiding an on site service call. I brought the seven year old device to their shop and AVC identified which of their techs did the original installation. That same tech diagnosed, and repaired the device within two days.
AVC provided our church with a low cost repair in a very timely fashion.
