Glad I called Eric. He responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate. Came out, took measurements and gave me a price quote on the spot. When I was ready for the steps, he and his crew showed up at the agreed time and installed my precast steps and leveled them. The steps look beautiful and have definitely kicked up my curb appeal.
What blew me away was that when they were done Eric said he would send me a bill. I mean, who does that anymore? When the bill came, it was for the price he quoted. No added costs or tax.
Eric's word is his bond... And that goes a long way with me.
