“There is this old guy there who only works at night. He randomly is rude to customers telling them he has to go to the bathroom and hurry. Doesn't like giving you a bag when you have several items. Once I waited 5 mins while he was praying in the back of the store another time I got there in the pouring rain and he asked me what I wanted he was doing the trash, so I went across the street. There is a lot more that goes on with this man. I understand he is most likely family or a family friend, but he needs to go. edit: 2 months ago I gave a one star from the above review. Since then all new people, very friendly and great. Prices are even lower. So I change it to 5 star.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Adirondack Off Road & Line-X. Last week, Margie and I were nearly 3,000 miles from home visiting family in upstate NY and needed some real front-end attention on our JT. Imagine being hung up and not knowing where to go... but I saw Ben's sign the day before and took a shot the next morning that they'd be able to help.... and they did just that! They dropped what they were doing, pulled in my Gladiator and tightened up our steering. They took care of the issue and more importantly, they took care of us and got us back on the road safely. As someone who has been if the automotive aftermarket business for over 45 years, I have heard alot of stories about poor or incomplete service. This was just the opposite! I was thrilled with the service and attention given to me...all on the spur of the moment. Just Fantastic! “Came in today with an intermittent problem, a grinding sound when braking while reversing. They were able to narrow the issue down to it only occurring when the wheel was fully turned and discovered it was a bunch of the plastic shielding under the car rubbing against the wheel. They were able to screw a bunch of it down and only charged me $33 for the repair. It's not often you go into a shop expecting to pay hundreds and walk away only paying $33. I'll be bringing my cars to La Barge's in the future”

“I read elsewhere about excellent customer service interstate provides and was not let down when the time came that I needed them. My battery died, I had no receipt, battery was just over two years old. They were able to look up the battery by codes on the battery and seeing how it was out of the full replacement window they offered me a replacement pro rated. ($70 for a $160 battery) However they told me not to buy a replacement and that they would fix my current one for free. ALSO, if i did buy a replacement they told me they would honor the same pro rated price and allow me to buy it months later being how I did not need the new battery until summertime.”
