“My partner booked us a "spa day" for my birthday at the Salt Den, and it was WONDERFUL! We began with time in the salt cave, followed by red light therapy, followed by some time in the sauna, and then wrapped up with a massage. The entire day was relaxing and rejuvenating. “A good friend of mine told me about Icryo and I was intrigued. So I made my first appointment and was happy to be greeted by a professional and friendly staff waiting to tell me all about this therapy. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can answer all questions with fascinating facts. I was happy to see a calm and clean environment as well. They provided the necessary garments to receive the 2 1/2 minute cryo treatment and was it an exhilarating experience for me! I had no idea I would feel so energized and alive! The compression treatment followed, I chose focusing on my hips. For me just 30 minutes of our bliss. Then the dry sauna. Total relaxation! I highly recommend this therapy because for me I have retained the feeling of good energy and good mood all day. I can hardly wait till for my next treatment! “It is often hard to find prompt service, helpful staff, and people who get the job done as expected. There are 2 people at Saratoga Spas to whom I'd like to give a shout out. My first contact was Heidi. We own a different brand of hot tub. She assured me that they could send out a technician. She explained some of the possible hot tub problems over the phone and was never rushed in dealing with me. She gave me her extension so I could reach her easily later. A week later I called to have someone come out to determine the problem with the hot tub. Luckily there was a technician available the next afternoon. Samuel was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and professional; traits that inspire confidence in what is being done. There was a lot wrong with the secondhand tub of ours. Samuel fixed it in the most efficient manner, suggested parts that would be good to replace, and kept it as affordable as possible given what needed to be done. He also had all of the parts on his truck so there was no running back and forth to their facility to get them. I can't say enough good about both Heidi and Samuel.”

“I purchased a deep tissue couples massage for my boyfriend and I to enjoy. From the start I’d have to say the staff here got an A plus- every single person you encountered was cordial and helpful. The establishment was neat, clean, and inviting. And before we knew it we were being guided down the hall to the massage room. The place is surprisingly spacious, as we passed several other rooms on our way to the couples room. Their price point is completely fair, maybe even better than their competition. “Complexions is a wonderful spa. Welcoming and relaxing. I never seem to take full advantage of the serenity lounge but next time I will book an early appt so I can enjoy the sauna as well. Nicole is terrific, she really listens to you to determine the best course for your massage. My only criticism is the lack of pictures/bio on the website. It would be nice, especially for first timers, to know a little bit about who they are booking with.”

When I was introduced to WellNest, I was immediately impressed by the amount of personal attention given by the staff and instructors to their clients. You are not just a number here. I have participated in excellent yoga classes by Nicole and Erika. My mom also has benefited greatly from the yoga classes and personal training. I typically struggle to find balance in my life and WellNest Studios is definitely helping me to find that balance. Massages (thanks, Luke!) have also been a huge benefit. I recommend ending a stressful day with an uplifting yoga class followed by a relaxing massage! I look forward to continuing my personal fitness journey at WellNest!”
