Love this store, one of the only indigenous stores in the mall. The staff is always so helpful, and it’s my go to place to get Peruvian jewelry and decorations. They’re very affordable and have beautiful things.

Out of all the places to go to in the capital region, Alternative is a must go to. If you are looking for more then just an ordinary shopping experience then you must come here. Being a Native American I tend to feel out of place at times with a rapidly changing world, but Alternative transports me back to when my people owned this land. With so many Native American crafts from all the tribes in the Americas you truly get a taste of each nation and their art. This Native American family run business success comes from their friendliness towards costumers and more than fair prices. Definitely worth coming back to time and time again.
