What a great experience I just had at HH!!!

I'm not a huge Pop! collector but over the years I have accumulated some. When I was going through my collection I did the "what was I thinking when I bought this?" I had six pops I really didn't feel fit my collection so I when I saw that HH was offering a promo for 75% of BV I went there. I've had previous experiences with selling collectibles to other stores and it almost never ends well. Usually they'll say that item isn't in demand or they'll try and lowball you. NOT HERE!

I went into the store with my daughter and was greated by the employee who was a young lady. She asked if she could help me and I told her I wanted to trade in my Pops! Her response was "Awesome!" We opened up my box and pulled the six out. I asked her what the trade-in value was based on and she said Pop! price guide (I thought this was case and I had done my research ahead of time and knew I would get back $36 in store credit). She told me it would take a few minutes to input the Pops! and get the totals. A few minutes later she had my total and shockingly it was $36, exactly what I figured out. She also told me that they were running a Buy 3, Get 1 free promo which the store credit could be used for. After looking around I didn't see the one Pop! I really wanted but she told me there was one at the Colonie Center location and that it had just only been released so there is a good chance they will come back in stock at Crossgates location. I ended up deciding to get four Seinfeld Pops! After the store credit and Buy 3, Get 1 free deal, ended up only paying $3.21 which was awesome. She also told me they have a rewards club where you get points. I did not know this and immediately signed up.

I didn't get the employees name but she was a rockstar and was so positive and upbeat. It was very cool to have such a smooth experience. I definitely look forward to my next visit to HH.
