Just wonderful people who work there. The new system makes the process so much easier and quicker for them so they can concentrate on the patients and their needs. I have never had a bad 'stick' and they keep the conversation light so that it keeps your mind off what they're doing.... before you know it, they are done! Great job folks!

Very streamlined process; easy check-in kiosk with a staff person to help, then you have the choice to wait outside or in the waiting room. I did not have an appointment and had to wait maybe 20 minutes (around 11am). Phlebotomist was very efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Would use this location again.

After reading some negative reviews I was a little concerned about coming, but my experience was stellar- I came in as a walk-in 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. After checking in, they called my name almost immediately. Blood was drawn and I was on my way. Couldn’t have been smoother. The staff was friendly and the reception and office was meticulous. Highly recommend!
