  I have been here 3 years. The grounds are well kept, and in the winter, they do a good job! I've not needed much, but when maintenance is required, they handle it very quickly! My section is generally quiet, I mean, it's apartment living after all. Ocassionally, you will hear voices or a running shower, but really, it's not an issue. The apartments are close to shopping and restaurants. They can actually be walked to even with these apartments having a nice private wooded location. There are laundry facilities with some apartments having their own washer/dryer. The pet fee is reasonable compared to everything else I've seen. The mail can be tough, but it's the delivery people that can't get it right. Maintenance and Office staff have always been responsive. My only sadness is the rent cost. The rent goes up faster than my salary can keep up. I actually worry about having to move out. You don't normally hear things like that, right?

  The management is next to the best. Two very nice ladies there to help you if you need it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. There is plenty of parking and the community is amazing. The people are really nice, it’s a quite place and the apartments are padded so you can’t hear your neighbors. If you are in need for an apartment, look no further. You’ve found a nice place to hang your hat.

  My girlfriend and I have been living here for a couple of months now and we are in love with the property and the apartment. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are also great. The location is perfect with it being close to everything in Albany but still enough privacy. There is a great mix of people living here. Jennifer in the leasing office helped us find the perfect apartment and helped so much with the process. She is the best! All of the other staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful as well. The price of the apartments are extremely good for the area. Overall we are extremely happy with the choice to move in here and would recommend Oxford Heights.

  I've lived here with my husband for awhile now. We've moved from a one bedroom to a bedroom with a lofted den here. I have visited and rented other apartments, this apartment complex has so much character. I love decorating and with these apartments having so much character you can make it more of a home living in more of a unique apartment rather than the usual boring looking apartment. This has been my favorite apartment I have rented. I use my bedroom as a dinning room giving my tons of space for a livingroom and to have people over for dinner. I use my lofted den as a bedroom. I love having my bed up on top and having space underneath where I have my TV set up(especially when my husband plays his video games I have my own space to hang out). I love that there is built in shelving in my livingroom. I love having a balcony with tons of space. It has a nice sliding door and they provide you with shades for privacy. I love that there is tons of bathroom storage which most places do not provide. The woman who takes care of the flowers here does such a beautiful job. She makes the place look beautiful and is very friendly. The maintenance crew are great at responding and are helpful. We had a terrible snowstorm this year, my husband and I got stuck coming into the apartment complex and the one guy plowing didn't have to help us but he did. Melinda and Jen have been so nice and helpful. They take great care of this place. They really care about the people who live here. I am happy to of chosen this place with my husband.

  I lived her for 5 years! And from the beginning Melina was great. I moved up here from the city and had many conversations on the phone with Melinda she was very helpful and worked with us when trying to schedule a showing. I’ve never had a problem with maintenance as soon as I put a request in they come right away and problem fixed. Grounds are kept clean safe place to live. I was reading some of the reviews some just talked so badly about Melinda and Jen and I am telling you I can’t imagine either one of them being rude have never ever experienced that. I know they have had a problem with the pool this summer with keeping life guards, but they are doing their best to find people. Look I like to sit at the pool too and yes you expect it to be open at certain times . But things happen, life goes on people. Safety first!! Cut the ladies some slack!! Kudos to Melinda and Jen for keeping this place beautiful!
