Sweat Spot is an amazing, supportive community with knowledgeable coaches who are experts in their field. I absolutely love this place, the workouts, and the location!
First let me say that I am a person with like 3 or four gym memberships. However, The Sweat Spot has changed my perspective on what it means to get a quick, effective workout. With magnificent coaches who are dedicated to their craft and are SO attentive to making sure that the workouts are accessible to all fitness levels, Sweat Spot is the place to be. The coaches meet you where you are every single day and are wholly invested in your development and growth as an athlete—which I really appreciate. I don’t know how they do it, but they are laser focused to make sure that all members have correct form to prevent injury and promote safety every time they coach a class. Additionally, no two days are ever there sane at the Sweat Spot, so you can always be sure that you’ll partake in a challenging interval workout like none other no matter what day you choose to attend. My personal favorite day is the Sprint Day!! So 1000% check it out. Also: you can workout in socks…which I love so much. Changes the lifting game for sure.
The Sweat Spot is perfect for my workout needs! I have gone to classes with 3 different fitness instructors and they were all excellent. The classes were diverse so you are doing a different workout every time. Also, the instructors take the time to show you the proper movements for the exercises. Exercise is not something I enjoy, but I am all in at The Sweat Spot!! Thank you Dana and Kayla for starting this amazing business!
Sweat spot is fantastic!! The coaches are unbelievable, always encourage you to do your best, and always hold you accountable. They are very knowledgeable and always give options if injuries are present. Would recommend to anyone!
The Sweat Spot is the perfect gym. The smart and innovative program combines strength training with high intensity interval cardio in a 45 minutes workout that is fun and invigorating every single time. I am almost 50 years old and even though I’ve been an athlete most of my life, I have never felt fitter after two months here. And I am learning so much about strength training which I am new to but is so important for women. The space is inclusive and welcoming, with very personal and patient attention from the coaches who prioritize form and movement so you gain strength with very little risk of injury. In fact, aches and pains from old injuries have gone away as I’ve become stronger at the Sweat Spot. I love every minute I am in the gym and the results are amazing.
