WellNow Urgent Care

Dr Kenneth Lamper was very nice. He listened to me , and explained everything very well. He also didnt rush the appointment, and made sure i was comfortable before leaving. Having a compassionate doctor makes a difference! Front desk staff, and nurse was very nice too! When you make an appointment they make sure your seen at that time !

I spent the afternoon at WellNow yesterday . I was a walk-in and was told immediately it would be a long wait . I chose to wait and was pleasantly surprised when the wait was about 1/2 of what I was told . When I was brought back I was seen by Kenneth Lampert , the only dr. On duty, and he took great care of me . He took every precaution and really listened to me . I would recommend him highly and I appreciate the time and caring he showed me when he was clearly VERY busy !

Kimberlee at this Wellnow clinic is the best!! She saw I was frustrated when Sent to a room already occupied, she came & said she could help with a Tele visit, that would get me in & out faster. She was kind & caring, throughout the entire visit. She paid close attention to my symptoms, concerns& also insuring to keep things sterile. The clinic was very busy, but only waited an hr to get in. We were new to the Albany area and we didn't have a PCP we checked into a urgent care and met NP Laura Snyder. She did very well in giving an examination as well as referrals, The whole staff is committed to you and they give you the best remedy, advice & alternatives. 👏
