Sarajane is extremely knowledgeable and carefully caters each class to your specific needs, goals, and ability. Sarajane and pilates have helped me connect with my body and continue working on my fitness and mindfulness goals. Sarajane truly encompasses mind, body, and spirit in her teaching! Another great part is I get to workout with my bestfriend in a duet every week.
