National Grid

During the night our AC went off. All our clocks were blinking. We turned everything back on and went back to bed. It happened again about a 1/2 hour later. My husband called National Grid and a rep. was here in less than an hour. He thought he saw the problem with a line rubbing against a tree limb. He put in the order for repair. The repair truck was here not long after that. He tightened all the lines from the road to our house and found and corrected a loose connection. Both guys were very pleasant and obviously wanted to make sure they left us with power restored and safe. We really appreciated the promptness and care. Thank you

I see a lot more negative reviews than positive but I think that's only because people are more apt to take the time to complain rather than praise. I'm sure the service we received was the usual and the negative reviews were the exceptions
