Dr. Liz is very kind and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. The building is well kept and cozy and made it easier to relax in a new situation.

I had my first acupuncture appointment ever last week. I was very nervous since I have a fear of needles. Dr. Liz was so friendly and she did such a great job easing my nervousness. She did a very thorough consultation before treatment. As she applied the needles, I was very shocked at how small and painless the needles were. After lying down and relaxing with the needles in for about 30 minutes, I felt great! The rest of the day I felt so relaxed and calm. It was amazing how much of an effect those tiny needles can have. I look forward to more sessions with Dr. Liz, and to continue to see the many benefits that acupuncture will have on my health and well being. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Liz!
