A huge thanks to Cliff! He answered the phone early last Saturday and was at the house later that morning and our well was back in service by Monday afternoon!

My well pump started fast cycling today Friday Dec 23 at 6pm. Being new to well systems I wasn’t sure what to do. I called and left messages with a few places and no one called me back, due to the holiday weekend most places were closed until Tuesday.

On a last ditch effort I called Mr Richardson who actually picked up the phone. He was gracious enough to do some trouble shooting with me over the phone. He was able to isolate the issue and was able to give me a work around to keep my home heated and prevent my well pump from further damage.

I may end up being too far for him to do the repairs but I am extremely grateful for the help and guidance he provided me over the phone.

Mr Richardson thank you so much for the peace of mind that phone call gave me. I hope you decide to take the on the job.

They arrived promptly on Monday morning after an emergency call on Saturday. Original pump was installed in 1990 and finally failed. 350 feet of pipe was replaced along with the new pump. They were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Richardson Pump Service arrived on a Monday morning after receiving my emergency call over the weekend. No water after the pump failed, forty years from its installation. Far from a routine replacement (mineral deposits on the casing), they quickly installed a better quality pump along with two hundred feet of pipe, and improved versions of the control panel and switches in the basement.
