“I am so frustrated with my experience with CNY. Most of the staff on one hand are so caring and kind but on the other hand the communication lines at this clinic are horrible. I have spent days just trying to get my prescriptions in order with barely any help or inconsistent help from the clinic. I am not sure if some staff are just terrible at writing notes and the other half are terrible at reading them. I seriously have no idea. But I already have had treatment delayed due to staff error not mine and now I am worried I will have to wait another month again for staff error not mine. I do have faith the process will work out with them but good lord, I don't think I should have to call everyday to make sure things are getting done. EDIT: I need to stress that the staff is kind and very helpful. All of them. It can be bumpy at times but keep going.”

“My children have been seeing Dr. Barry since they were in the NICU and he is patient and kind. He is willing to wait ( as long as a doctor in a busy office can) for them to warm up to him, and has number of tricks up his sleeve to get their attention and to hold it. He works with very young and fragile children and sees them progress, and has such a wonderful and gentle demeanor. His office staff are quick and friendly and very efficent. The office can be crowded but things run smoothly for a pediatric eye clinic. Wonderful doctor and fantastic with children!”

Her nurse, Cheryl, sat with my mother for two hours and helped assuage her fears of having a child with a chronic condition. Dr Ridick was so kind to me and my family, and was so patient with me, a ranbunctious toddler. She even made the regular blood tests more tolerable! I wish I could tell her how much I've been able to accomplish thanks to her treatment. She was a fantastic doctor in the 90's, and she's probably fantastic now!”
