All of my questions from potential risks to financial options were answered thoroughly, and everyone made me feel so welcome at every visit. Although everything was a success, I might have to go back for the free coffee and pleasant people. Dr. Fleishman is an artist. The procedure was so quick and easy that there wasn’t even enough time for me to be get anxious. There was no pain at all, just pressure from the laser, as the doctors explained. My discomfort after the operation was bearable and almost completely gone after two days without painkillers. Now I’m set for life—no more falling asleep in contacts or deciding whether to wear my prescription glasses or sunglasses to the beach. I’m better than 20/20! I wondered for a while if getting Lasik were worth the cost, but now I can’t imagine life any other way.”

I had some pre-existing medical concerns that made me opt to start freezing embryos in the chance that I may become infertile. The entire staff, and I mean the entire staff, are absolutely tremendous, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the folks who schedule appointments, to the financial clearance folks, to the techs, and the physicians- everyone is amazing. It is the most organized physician’s office I have ever been to- everything is well thought out, and they have made it super easy to follow instructions. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and I am so thankful for all of the wonderful care I received at Albany IVF. Dr. Elguero was my physician and I have never met a physician as thorough as her.
