I recently brought my child there to get braces and I could not be happier with how the appointment went. My child was very anxious and the staff were extremely patient and accommodating. They brought in a second hygienist to support my daughter immediately when she started having difficulty. The orthodontist has a great sense of humor and was able to make my child feel at ease. They did a wonderful job with the braces and we left feeling very positive. My child felt heard and taken care of, so I couldn’t ask for more.”

“I never write reviews for medical offices but I definitely felt like had to for this office. I spoke with Carla who is definitely an amazing human being. I felt so bad that I was such an A hole to her. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told that they were booking to August for new patients which made me very upset I will admit. I definitely said some things that was very inappropriate not understanding that it’s definitely not scheduling’s fault and that they don’t control how many patients a doctor can see. Instead of Carla which is the girl I was taking to, giving me an attitude she was completely understanding and she definitely kept her composure and still talked to me very calmly which definitely put me at ease. She explained to me that she can give me a call when there’s a cancellation. On Friday I definitely got a call from her and was scheduled a lot sooner. She was absolutely amazing. A lot of office’s definitely need a Carla.”
