I recently had the need to visit an Bronx urgent care facility and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel prioritized and cared for. The front desk was efficient, managing to keep wait times to a minimum despite the evident busy schedule.

The medical team was outstanding; not only were they highly professional, but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain the diagnosis, and the treatment plan. Their attention to detail and patient care was evident in every interaction.

The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. I was also impressed by the streamlined process and the use of modern technology to ensure a smooth visit.

Most importantly, I left feeling better and well-informed about my health condition. It's rare to find such a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure their patients' well-being and comfort.

After an intense day of work and just running errands, my asthma flared up, I usually seat in the ER and wait and wait some more however not at Bronx Urgent Care, I was seen quickly by a lovely nurse! She was super kind to me, even in a time when we all can be ugly to each other. I appreciated that the most, no one wants to be sick and taken care of by a negative person.

I’ve been taking my children here since they opened. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. There’s never a long wait. The facility is clean and smells fresh. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to. My kids doctors are in Long Island and this beat having to run there just to check for the flu or other minor issues. I’m glad this Urgent Care is in the neighborhood

I have been here a few times and we love it! Staff is awesome and so is the doctor! Location is right around the corner so it is very convenient. Always clean facility. I always get the proper care and get what we need. We get seen right away and get out quickly too compared to other medical facilities we have been to. We definitely recommend you to come here!
