(September 11, 2018, 1:07 pm)Middletown Road is located in the Middletown-Pelham Bay section of the Bronx is used by the 6 train at all times. Middletown Road is in a very quiet neighbourhood service to Pelham Bay Park is good while service isn't the best with Mannhatan bound trains. The station is clean and maintained.

(May 10, 2017, 2:56 pm)5 Star Station. Recently renovated around 2015. The (6) Train is the only train that stops here. This station has two platforms: one southbound, one northbound. Underneath the platform there is a booth and MetroCard machines. Facing south on the northbound platform, it has a great view of some tall buildings in Manhattan. Note that in the morning, there are only downtown Express Trains.
