They can get busy sometimes, but I have always had same day service. Parking your vehicle can be a bit cumbersome on some days, but it has never been a major inconvenience. The staff is professional and I feel like they are honest people. I rarely leave reviews, but this location is underrated in my opinion and I am always glad to support a business that is inclusive and diverse. “Very easy to book, Patrick is very friendly and straightforward. He accommodated me last minute (booked two nights before the day I needed to move). The movers arrived right on time and worked quickly. They’re very familiar with Co-op city so if you’re moving there they know the drill. Took off a star because one guy was a little too chatty, and their equipment could use an upgrade. Overall a solid and reliable option at a decent price point!”
