Got pulled over on the thruway for trailer towing issues. The mechanic on the phone I talked to at this place gave me money-saving advice on an adapter I could buy to take care of the issue instead of them coming out. Makes me believe that you're safe to call them and they won't rip you off. (May be of interest fact: State trooper escorted me off thruway instead of towing trailer with dad's estate contents and suggested this place.) Another FYI: think mechanic on phone said they charge $80 an hour and $75 for coming out. If you're desperate and can afford this and don't know who to call, I'd call these people first.
