Reliable, fair, fast, and professional. I can't say enough about Kevin. We have used him on multiple occasions and he is always the same.
Good diagnosis, good work, good price, good communication before, during, and after. Kevin did a major plumbing job in our old house, and we liked his work. I'm sure we will be calling him again for other jobs. A Plus is very professional, and I prefer them to the other plumbers I've used in the Fredonia-Dunkirk area.
About the negative review above - sheesh - everyone makes mistakes.
Used Kevin from A Plus Plumbing to help when my building was not winterized properly and we had several (5 or more) broken pipes. He's fast and he does things right the first time. Maybe this is where the other reviewer ("A Plus gets a grade of "F") ran into his or her situation: I can see Kevin not wanting to do a repair unless he knows it'll be fixed for good. He's not the guy to call for cheap, patch repairs...but when he does something you know you won't have to worry about it.
