Denise was great to work with, very friendly, explained the whole process to rent a unit from her in full details. Very secure entry into the facility as well. Unit was clean and dry. Items were undisturbed when we went back to get our stuff out once we were finished with the rental. I would recommend them to anyone and would use again if needed.

Fantastic storage facility, security, and owners who provide personalized service and attention to their customers. Units are super clean and the premises is well-maintained with multiple security cameras. In fact, I got a “security refund” from my insurance company because the storage facility has such good security! Denise (owner) is super kind and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. I used the U-Pack pod moving service and was allowed to have my belongings picked up directly at the storage facility when I moved out of Fredonia.
