It was a very pleasurable experience. They didn’t push, lets us take a leisurely test drive and Randy and the staff were very friendly. This is the second vehicle we have gotten there and will definitely be back.

I purchased my car in the Westfield location as it was opening up. I met the owner and mechanic before they were ready for business and came back the first day they were open to sell vehicles. Everyone has been great to work with and helpful! They had the couple vehicles I was interested in waiting for me when I came back. They were accommodating and not at all pushy. I have had some maintenance done in the Jamestown location now as well. I am impressed that both locations are very neat and clean. Every single person I’ve come in contact with is very nice and will help even if it isn’t their job (I’ve had a mechanic do sales, sales come help with roadside assistance, service drive the shuttle, other service personally walk me to another area to someone in another department, etc). The roadside assistance part may raise an eyebrow, but it was a dead battery situation and they bought me jumper cables and replaced the battery without hesitation. They stand behind their used cars. Oh, and did I mention I needed to buy the car in about a day and a quarter and didn’t have my total loss check in hand yet? I did, and they made sure all the insurance, outside financing, registration and everything coordinated fast enough so I drove the car away before my husband had surgery the following day. Great service and people.
