They worked flawlessly with my insurance company to help me replace the windshield. Not only were they professional, they were courteous, cleaned all the broken bits of glass from my vehicle, and included the sensors for the rearview mirror/ wiper blade system. “My car was clean, but there was some things I wasnt completely happy about. I was taken back when I got there and they said they were 3 hrs behind because of medical issues. I had no problem with this and empathized with him, but I wish they would’ve communicated that before I got there since I had to leave my car there overnight. Which I hadn’t planned for, and needed to use it the next day. When I went looking for my change later on to use, I was left with only pennys, dimes and nickels when I know I had lots of quarters and even 50 cent coins in my middle compartment. I’m not the type to get mad over change, but why would you take someone’s quarters and leave the rest? Especially when I’m paying you anyways. I had both of my quarter spaces filled and even more on the top section and none of them were put back. If I’m trusting you with my car I expect all my belongings to return to my car even if it’s just change.”
