Skytop Springs Fish Farm

Bought four whole trout from them. The fish is so fresh and delicious! Everybody at the table says it's the best trout ever! The owner, Mike, is very nice and accommodating. The pickup process is a breeze. Will definitely buy again and hope they can restore the shipping service soon!

Their trout, both fresh and smoked, is magnificent. But, under no circumstances is anyone outside our private, secluded upstate NY Catskills to know this. The family business worked hard in difficult conditions to create their magnificent product, and I'll be darned if it's wasted on cityfolk.

Mike from Skytop Springs really went above and beyond to ensure that I got my variety smoked and fresh trout pack. I picked it up styrofoam packed in ice and as fresh as they were just hours before! The filets grilled out perfectly over hardwood charcoal and not one bone was found...I look forward to returning for my next order! These are the best hands down...Thanks Mike!
