I am a livein caregiver for 2 elderly patients. I woke up early in the morning just to discover that we have no water coming into the house. I panicked and called to Titan Drilling. My well pump went, and we had no idea where it could be. We had a plumber come, and they tried finding my well for hours. The next morning, we called Titan, and within a couple of hours, they arrived and found my well in 15 minutes in our side driveway. They had everything they needed to replace my pump and line. They are returning to extend our well pipe so it won't be below grade. Thank you for your well trained,polite crew, and we'll stocked trucks. We appreciate you.

Our well is not even drilled yet, but I am already impressed. We purchased a property and found out a few months later that the old existing well is not as we understood it to be, and absolutely needs to be replaced, as it's running out. I emailed them in a panic, truly, because of the challenges of our plot of land and location of the septic. Nothing keeps you up at night quite like the threat of having no solution to a major problem like this. Titan wrote back very quickly, and Ralph came out soon thereafter. Our challenges were addressed and everything was explained clearly. I also got a quote from a competing company, and these guys are 25% cheaper for the casing, and 10% cheaper for the drilling itself. With these incredible reviews, solid (and compassionate!) customer service, and the pricing, I have full faith in Titan and even though this is a completely unexpected and sizable expense, I am looking forward to getting some sleep by not worrying about what we will do come July/August.

It’s hard to keep this short and sweet but I 100% recommend Titan if you need a new well or to troubleshoot your current one. They drilled our new well and hooked the pump up.

I had my well water pump installed today. Our water stopped working late last night, so we left them a voicemail. They called us at 6:30 a.m. and showed up around 7 a.m. They diagnosed the problem right away, and surprisingly installed our well water pump the same day. The workers were really professional and helpful. I believe they missed their lunch break just to make sure our water was working the same day. I will definitely recommend them!
