“Excellent experience with Mountain Flame. We received clear, helpful explanations from Jake about the variety of fireplace inserts available and the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, we chose a large Lopi insert. Jake was very upfront about the time frame for installation, because they were very backed up. However, they called us a few weeks later and said they had an unexpected opening, and we had the insert installed before Christmas. We are so happy with it. Living room is now toasty warm. We got a model with a fan, but opted not to get an automatic lighter. Great service from Mountain Flame. We definitely recommend them.”
