New Roc Hardwood Flooring

Incredible team - rehabbed and finished our 25+ year old floors - very well versed in the "nordic" style - completely upgraded our home and drove inspiration for further renovations- excited to get the stairs and upstairs floors done next - including installation of new wood floors where we have carpet. Truly look no further- great communication, accountability, professionalism, and expertise.

Absolutely LOVE New Roc Hardwood. They recently completed a stairway refinishing job most other companies couldn't be bothered to even give an estimate. They honored the original price quote even though it was several months since the estimate was given. The crew were friendly, professional, on time every day and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. You will not be disappointed

Marino and his team did an awesome job on our refinished flooring. Marino is very knowlegeable, responsive and shows interest in making sure the job is being done as you expected. We were pleased that they were able to do the work right away as we were in a time crunch with moving to our home. I would highly recommend and will be reaching out for any future flooring projects.

In addition to the pictures, which say it all, Marino was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, on-time, professional and knocked it out of the park with results that exceeded my expectations. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive...price absolutely aligned with quality and efficiency on a job that is a burden for families. He made it easy for us. Moved all the furniture and replaced everything neatly when the job was done. I met with several contractors before going with New Roc. I made the right decision. Five-Stars all around! What a pleasure!!! Marino is a class A+ professional! I feel so lucky to have found him for our floors. Responds right away to calls and texts, honest, answers all questions, has vision, reliable and reasonable. His workers are kind and respectful. I had him redo my bedroom floors. He took them from scratched and horrible aged "orange" color to beautiful and natural. I'm so impressed, I'll be hiring him again to install hardwood in my hallway and refinish two other rooms. So excited(and relieved) to have found someone who does quality work and isn't trying to bankrupt you!
