(November 25, 2018, 1:00 pm)I highly recommend HPM Craftsman. We recently had our downstairs bathroom redone by them. Brian, the project manager, was very good. He listened to our ideas and came up with a contract to fit our needs. John, who did the job, was excellent. He was on time every morning, cleaned up every evening. He was proffesional and friendly. He worked very well with my plumber. He handled any unexpected issues with expertise. They also sent me information on different shower installations to help us choose. They finished on schedule with a fair price.

We most recently used HPM Craftsman after we had a very freak tornado come through our area. They were extremely quick to seal up our roof (the actual day of the tornado) and were very responsive in assisting us through the insurance adjuster process. But I think the best thing about HPM Craftsman is two fold:
1. They did what we agreed upon in a timely manner; and
2. The professionals that worked on getting our house back in order were extremely diligent and took pride in each of their respective crafts.
Look forward to using their services in the future.
