Absolutely love this team...privilege to be part of a team that become a family! Rugby is a great way to not only stay fit, make friends, be part of a team, but also be part of community!

The leadership and senior members at the club are awesome. As someone new to Rugby I get a ton of support. We practice and play at a high level but the team is committed to growing the game which means all who are willing are welcome.

I played rugby in college. After graduation I wanted to continue playing. I recently began playing for Hudson Valley Women’s rugby. It has been such an amazing experience. The team is really nice and inclusive. It’s a very welcoming and fun environment. No experience is needed And they love teaching new players. I have enjoyed playing against other teams throughout the region and sharing the love for the sport. Everyone’s really cool. Highly recommend

Hudson Valley Rugby Club is a welcoming community who all come together to better each other in this wonderful sport. I like how we are open to new members which allows us to meet new people and grow the sport in the best and most beautiful area of this country. Hudson Valley RFC has given me nothing but positive experiences. Between social tournaments and friendly games to in-season competition it’s always a pleasure to boot up with this group of guys. Everyone is welcomed with open arms regardless of experience level, and this club has allowed me to grow as a player and teammate while making new buddies along the way.
